About Me
My Name is Yannick Chairi, I am characterized by my team spirit, assertiveness, and the will to undergo a life-long process of continuous learning. I have the ability to quickly grasp new ideas, a very strong analytical mind, and a willingness to take on responsibility.
Currently, I am a full-time entrepreneur and IT consultant, specializing in IT security. As the founder of Chairi.IT, I assist businesses in designing and implementing robust IT security infrastructures and teams for IT security operations. My services include comprehensive IT and IT security consulting, penetration tests, IT security audits, network architecture, and the development of tailored strategies to secure digital infrastructures.
I also specialize in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR), offering proactive and reactive services to prepare for and respond to cyber threats. These services include Cyber Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Tabletop Exercises, and the development of Cyber Security Incident Response Plans (CSIRP).
In addition to my consulting activities, I am a Lecturer at a University, where I teach and mentor students in the latest IT security technologies and methodologies. I am also a sought-after keynote speaker on IT security topics, frequently presenting at industry conferences and events.
Previously, I served in roles, where I led an Incident Response Team and a team of trainers. I was responsible for developing, managing, and delivering comprehensive Cyber Incident Response Services. I have also managed Incident Response Retainers for large geographic regions, conducted forensic investigations of global IT security incidents, and delivered proactive services and workshops, including Threat Hunting and Tabletop Exercises.

I am certified as a Cyber Security Professional (IHK) and hold several GIAC certifications including Network Forensic Analyst (GNFA), Forensic Analyst (GCFA), Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI), and Strategic Planning, Policy, and Leadership (GSTRT). I am also an Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP). My technical skills include programming in C++, C#, Python, PowerShell, and Java, as well as broad expertise in various forensics and IT security tools.
